Mapping from active cells to the crossing edges on their boundary.

Attributes

Name	Type	Description
cells	np.ndarray	Lattice index of each active cell, shaped (cell_count, 3).
edge_ids	np.ndarray	Indices into the crossing-edge arrays, shaped (cell_count, 12) and padded with -1.
counts	np.ndarray	Number of valid entries per row of edge_ids.
